Certain rules and regula ons are necessary in order to ensure that all community members have equal access to district facili es; to effec vely administer this policy and to support ongoing care and maintenance of facili es used. It is important to request a permit in a mely fashion, as issuing the permit o en requires ge ng permission from building administrators, district Athle c Director, or Performing Arts Coordinator. Every effort is made to work collabora vely with organiza ons to ensure that community needs are met. Has ngs Public Schools always have first priority in using the building, regardless of whether a permit has been previously issued. Custodial over me fees of $35/hour will be charged when custodians are not otherwise scheduled to be in the building.
