IMPORTANT DATES FOR REP / TIMELINE
As soon as possible after the February Workshop, Send your“ Intent to Field a Team” – Form # 1. Add a $ 30 check – made payable to PWGA
APRIL 1 st This form and check are to be sent to your AREA DIRECTOR by April 1st. This form must be sent ONLY IF YOUR CLUB DECIDES TO FIELD A TEAM.
HOLD YOUR CLUB QUALIFIER
MAY 20 th BY May 20- Send your“ Selection of Team Notification” – Form # 2 to your Area Director.( This is the team selected by your club to play in the AREA QUALIFIER). Please ensure that your Team Captain has provided an email address as all of the correspondence will be done through the internet for future information.( Your Area Director is responsible to notify the Team Play Director of the teams that have qualified in your area.)
AUGUST 5 th Team Play Director will send out confirmation / verification letter to Area Directors and Team Captains by August 5 th along with payment instructions and other additional information for the Team Play Championship at The Links at Bodega Harbour.
AUGUST 10 th Tournament fees are due in the PWGA office by AUGUST 10 th. Please make checks payable to PWGA and mail to:
