We WILL __________ WILL NOT ______( check one) field a team for Team Play Championship Qualifying. Our team understands that if we qualify from our area, we are expected to compete in the Team Play Championship on September 13-14, 2017 at The Links at Bodega Harbour.
Players may not be substituted for the Finals unless there is an EMERGENCY in which case the request must go through the Team Play Director( See“ Substitution Policy” sheet)
