A huge thank you to Macquarie University for their sponsorship of this event.
Since 2012 STANSW Chemistry conference has been a consistently popular event for both experienced
and less-experienced teachers alike. The program in 2017 offered seminars and keynote addresses from
inspiring speakers, including workshops on Chemistry pedagogy; from a mixture of presenters, including
academics from universities, STANSW members and practicing teachers.
In 2017 Macquarie University has been the sponsorship partner, hosting this amazing event. The number
of registered participants at this event increased to 237 registered delegates, with a range of both new
and experienced teachers.
