BIKE - AGE GROUP SPRINT

Bike Course Written Description:

1. Bike East on Lakeshore Drive

2. Turn left on Front Street

3. Enter the roundabout and turn right onto Ellis Street

4. Turn left on Westminster Avenue East

5. Turn left on Van Horne Street

6. Turn right on Vancouver Avenue and continue up the hill

7. Vancouver Avenue becomes Lower Bench Road

8. Turn right on Tupper Avenue

9. Turn right on Middle Bench Road

10. Turn around at the marked location

11. Continue on Middle Bench Road

12. Turn right on Munson Avenue

13. Turn left on Upper Bench Road North

14. Turn left on Corbishley Avenue

15. Turn left on Lower Bench Rd and continue down Vancouver Ave

16. For lap 1 of the bike course turn LEFT to enter the roundabout

exit on Ellis Street.

17. Repeat steps 4-15 to complete the second lap. After the

second lap turn right to enter the roundabout and exit on Front Street. Turn right onto Lakeshore Drive and proceed to transition.

The total elevation gain is approximately 280 m.

BIB numbers MUST be worn on your BACK during the bike.

The Penalty Tent will be located in the Transition Area.

There are no aid stations on the bike course.
