RUN 1 & 2 - AGE GROUP SPRINT
You must wear your BIB number on the front of your body during the run.
The entire run course is relatively flat.
Run Course Written Description:
1. Run West on Lakeshore Drive
2. Turn left on Main Street
3. Turn right on Westminster Avenue
4. Turn right on Martin Street
5. Turn left onto Lakeshore Drive and continue West
6. Turn around at the marked location just passed Power Street
7. Return East on Lakeshore Drive
8. For Run 1 turn right on Main Street and repeat steps 1-7 to
complete the second lap. After the second lap continue East on Lakeshore Drive to return to Okanagan Lake Park Transition.
For Run 2 continue East on Lakeshore Drive to the Finish Line. The Finish Line is located next to Gyro Park.
Aid Stations
There will be 2 aid stations that will be passed once per lap for a total of 4 times past an aid station on Run 1 and 2 times on Run 2. There will also be an aid station at the exit of transition. There will be portable toilets located at each aid station. All beverages available on the run course will be in cups.
Run aid stations will have:
-Water
-F2C Lemon Lime HydraDurance in 185ml (6oz) cups 30 calories per cup
