ATHLETE CHECK-IN & PACKAGE PICK-UP
ALL ATHLETES: Check-in & Package Pick-up will not be open on race day. If you do not arrive during the designated Athlete Check-in hours you will not be able to race. Only registered athletes are allowed to pick up packages at the designated time. You must pick up your own race package and only your own. You must bring your photo ID. Timing chips MUST be picked up at from the timing chip table at package pick up. Please check to confirm you pick up your timing chip at package pick-up. PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO PACKAGE PICK-UP ON RACE DAY OR ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 26TH!
ELITE & PARATRIATHLETES: Package pick up will take place at the Athlete Briefing. You must attend your Athlete Briefing in order to pick up your race package. The Athlete Briefing schedule for Long Course Elite Triathletes and Paratriathletes is as follows:
Saturday, August 26 at 11:00 am in the Penticton Lakeside Resort - Salon A.
AGE GROUP/OPEN WAVE: Package Pick Up will be open daily from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the Rotary Park Athlete Village & Expo Area. For Long Distance Triathletes and AquaBike Athletes, all race packages must be picked up within the hours of operation from Wednesday August 23rd to Friday August 25th.
