NEW TO THE
Elizabeth Cain-Toth Daniel Hartlep
Elizabeth oversees websites, provides event support,
and develops publicity and marketing materials for
both the Organizational Studies Program (OS) and the
Barger Leadership Institute (BLI). Dan works on recruitment of prospective students,
assists faculty with curricular needs, and does some
event planning. Aft er working for two semesters in
the Psychology Oﬀ ice as a Student Academic Advisor,
he made it a goal to continue working for U-M when
starting his career search aft er graduation. He is
ecstatic to work first-hand with students and do
whatever he can to make their education at Michigan
as fulfilling as his was.
An energetic and enthusiastic leader, Elizabeth brings
15 years of events and marketing experience to this
position. She’s excited to share her widespread skill
set, keen eye for detail and gregarious nature with
both BLI and OS.
Brand new to the University of Michigan, Elizabeth
looks forward to this fresh environment of working
with students, faculty and staﬀ to support the mission
and growth of each unit.
Outside of his interest in Student Aﬀ airs, Daniel has
been involved with Child Development Research and
is hoping that his work gets published very soon.
He has dreams of getting his Ph.D. in Psychology in
the distant future, or maybe becoming a full-time
Academic Advisor for a University.
