Theodora has over 30 years of experience in the swimming pool industry; she has been leading the way for women in the pool and spa industry since the age of 16 when she first began learning how to guide, encourage and manage. Her entrepreneur skills began while working after school with her parents, Nicholas & Flora Christofi, who founded Nicholas Pools Inc. Upon their retirement in 2003, Theodora and her husband Sotiris purchased the family business and have strived to grow and improve it. Nicholas Pools Inc. has blossomed into one of Ocean and Monmouth counties largest backyard retailers, specializing in vinyl liner in-ground swimming pools, pool renovation, spas, maintenance and service.
Theodora is an Adjunct Professor for The School of Business and on the advisory board at Georgian Court University, she is on the Advisory Committee at Brookdale Community College for the Business and Marketing Department. Theodora has partnered with the Entrepreneur Think Tank for Women Foundation for the ETT Women 360 Power of Connections Conference to help, train, promote, educate and support women entrepreneurs. Theodora has been interviewed and featured in magazines and participates in various speaking engagements. Nicholas Pools has been awarded the 2015 NY Sky Line Award by Smart CEO magazine and the International Award of Excellence by the American Pool and Spa Association.

Ann Mazza, Hair and Scalp Wellness Vito Mazza Salon & Spa
Inspired by her love of family and helping people, Ann has been a beauty industry leader for 23 years. Vito Mazza Salon & Spa, celebrated 50 years in business this past June and was one of the first Day Spas in NJ which Ann launched as the initial Spa Director in 1996. Ann spends her days working closely with her husband of 21 years and father-in- law to grow the brand, all while raising three children. Ann has a Bachelors of Social Work from Rutgers University helping her in business with community relationships, empathetically serving clients, and advising close to 70 staff members. In 2016, Ann and Vito opened a second location, dedicated to Hair and Scalp Wellness which serves clients with medical hair loss, thinning hair and hair enhancement services. This state of the art facility is located on the campus of Hackensack Meridian Health Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge and is one of the leading centers serving all of central NJ. Ann is passionate about helping clients with cancer look and feel their best while supporting them through the journey of hair loss to re-growth. Ann and Vito were named Business Honoree of the Year in 2012, by American Cancer Society. They were also awarded the Norman Tanzman Award from the Raritan Bay Medical Center Foundation in 2014, for community efforts. They continue to“ Give Back” as a core value of their company and personal lives.
