Here’s your list of things to do before heading out to a Championship near you!
Complete the type-able forms in the Championship Show Premium at
www.amha.org. Entry, Shavings and Stall reservation forms are there!
Confirm your paperwork is in order. Make sure the horse is in your name,
has been brought permanent, lease is on file if needed etc.
Find your original registration certificate, or make sure you have a
color copy with you.
Postmark your entries by the deadlines!

Bring a current Coggins test from within 12 months with you.
Make sure you have current health papers as required by the host state.
If applicable, bring a Senior Stallion Verification Report
Don’t forget your Amateur, Youth or Open card if needed.
