All Clubs are encouraged to participate in Team Play. Your Area Director and the Team Play Championship Director are always available to assist your club and answer any questions on how to participate. It is recommended that the club PWGA Representative be responsible for conducting the Team Play Qualifying at the Club level, if needed. The Area Director will conduct Area Qualifying in her Area. The Team Play Director will conduct the Championship in OCTOBER. The number of teams from each area playing in the finals will be determined by the number of clubs playing in Area Qualifying.

1. Each club should follow the procedures set forth below for qualifying at the Club level. Have your club vote on the method used to qualify. Several methods have been outlined in the duties of the PWGA Representatives handbook.

2. When practical, schedule two qualifying rounds over two consecutive weeks. Adequate time should be arranged for posting the sign‐up sheet for team qualifying.

3. Notify your Area Director whether or not your club will field a team for the Area Team Play. A form for this purpose is included in the PWGA Rep packet online.

4. Follow the instructions that are given to you for Team Play.

THERE WILL BE AN ENTRY FEE OF $ 30.00 PER TEAM FOR TEAM PLAY QUALIFYING FOR 2017. Team members may be subsidized by their clubs. No commercial sponsors allowed.
