ONLINE TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

PWGA will ONLY be accepting online tournament entries through the PWGA website at www. golfpwga. org. Click on the Tournament / Event Registration link on our homepage.

Oversubscribed Policy

If a Major Tournament is oversubscribed, the following policy will apply:

( i) Any entrant whose handicap index on the opening day is greater than 40.4 is excluded.

( ii) The following are automatically entered into the tournament provided the entry is completed online on the opening day of registration: a. Current Board Members b. Past Presidents c. The Defending Champion( s) of that tournament d. Oversubscribed entrants( same individual or set of partners) of that tournament from the previous year.

( iii) A random draw of the remaining entries will be held to determine the field. All other opening day entries that do not make the field will be issued a notification allowing them to have priority in the field for the following year’ s tournament.

Tournament Cancellation / Refund Policy

( i) All cancellations must be made through the Tournament / Director.

( ii) A $ 25.00 fee will be charged on all Tournament cancellations.

PWGA TOURNAMENT POLICIES

( iii) No refunds will be issued after the closing date unless approved by the Tournament Director.
