Photography at Events
Please be advised that photos taken at events on common property may be reproduced in LLA print publications, online and in other Association materials.
Culvert Cleaning
To ensure that drainage and stormwater management systems operate properly, it is important for residents to do their best to maintain clear culverts in front of their home. Working with your neighbors to keep culverts free of large amounts of debris will help avoid drainage issues during a weather event.
Spring Projects: ECC
As spring projects are approaching please remember to submit your ECC applications for review. Any exterior alterations to your home require an application submission and approval by the ECC. Whether you are installing a fence, painting your shutters, or installing a patio, please remember that an application is required and must be approved before work can begin.
Applicants have one year from the approval date to complete the project. Applications may be downloaded from the LLA website or picked up in the LLA office.
