Call for Candidates
The Annual“ Call for Candidates” begins January 1st for the 2017 BoD Election. Go to the homepage of the LLA website www. lakelinganore. org to complete a Candidate Profile Form or go to page 16 for more details. Support your community!
Christmas Tree Pickup, Jan. 14th
Christmas tree pickup is scheduled for Saturday, January 14, 2017. Residents are reminded to place their real holiday tree at the curb for pickup on Saturday January 14th. We encourage you to place trees curbside Friday evening to avoid missed pickups.
Holiday Decorations
Holiday decorations cannot be displayed year-round and must be removed after the holiday related to the display. Decorations may be lights, inflatables, lawn ornaments or other holiday-specific décor. This winter, all holiday decorations must be removed by Sunday, January 15, 2017.

Snow Removal: Fire Hydrants
In case of a winter weather event, please be mindful of fire hydrants in front of your home. As a precautionary measure, it would be beneficial for residents to clear away snow around hydrants in front of their home or on their street.
Annual Dues Payment 2017
Annual HOA Dues Invoices will be arriving in the mail at the end of January. Those of you currently signed up for ACH monthly withdrawals, your scheduled payments will continue at the new monthly Assessment Rate beginning March 3, 2017. Should you ever wish to cancel monthly payments you must notify BB & T Bank. All other payment types( cash, paper check, e-check, Visa, Amex, Discover, MasterCard Credit or Debit Card) must follow the instructions accompanying your invoice.
Post Lamps
Please check to ensure the post lamp on your property is in working order. When a post lamp or the like is installed on any lot or attached to an living unit, the owner of such lot or living unit shall maintain it and light it from dusk to dawn and bear all costs thereto.
Frederick County Yard Waste Options
Frederick County offers free disposal sites. LLA residents are encouraged to take advantage of these county options over the winter season, when yard waste is not available in the Association. Un-bagged leaves, grass clippings, brush trimmings and limbs( no more than 8’ in length and 6” in diameter) can be delivered by residents at two county locations at no cost:
