Attention Property Owners
ANNUAL HOA DUES INVOICES:
Invoices will be mailed out the end of January. Those of you currently signed up for ACH monthly withdrawals; your scheduled payments will continue at the new monthly Assessment Rate beginning March 3rd, 2017. Should you ever wish to cancel monthly payments you must notify BB & T Bank. All other payment types( cash, paper check, e-check, Visa, Amex, Discover, MasterCard Credit or Debit Card) must follow the instructions accompanying your invoice.
HOA Dues Payments are NOT accepted at the LLA office. All payments must go through BB & T Bank.
MAKE PAYMENT:
The fastest way to fulfill all of your payment and renewal obligations for the year will be to take 10 minutes and login to the LLA website www. lakelinganore. org and click on“ My Account”.
You can retrieve your login credentials at the login screen if you have misplaced or forgotten your User ID and Password.
1. Click on“ HOA Dues Account” and pay your dues online( the BB & T payment screen is accessible through your online LLA account).
2. Click on“ My Membership Account” and update your membership account information. If applicable, and renew any recreational permits( Boats, Trailer, Golf Carts, Boat Racks). Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted for payment of permits.
STICKERS:
Unlike in years past, you will not be receiving new stickers in the mail this year. The Barcode Permits you were issued last year for all items on your account are permanent stickers. Permits NOW expire on March 31st of each year rather than June 15th. Permit statuses change to“ renewed” with receipt of payment. Unpaid Dues and / or Permits will automatically turn to an“ expired” status on March 31st.
PHOTO ID’ s( POOL PASS) & PARKING PASSES:
Upon payment of your HOA Dues, your Barcode Permits will be reactivated for the your Photo ID and Automobiles.
BOATS, TRAILERS, GOLF CARTS:
Upon Payment of your recreational permits your Barcode Permits will be reactivated for your boats, trailers and golf carts. This is a completely different payment from your HOA Dues and is made on the“ My Membership” Tab of your account.( Please note as of this publication the Board of Directors are considering making boat and golf cart permits free of charge beginning in 2017. A final ruling will be announced at the December 12th Board Meeting and will be published in the February issue of LakeTalk).
BOAT RACKS
Boat Rack Leases must be re-signed and paid for( Visa, MasterCard, Discover) through your online membership account. Rack leases that are not renewed( signed and paid for) by 2 / 28 / 2017 will be void and those racks will be issued to residents waiting for a boat rack. No exceptions.
