In keeping with its mission of transferring
technologies to benefit society, Berkeley Lab makes
some of its software available at no cost or through
non-exclusive licenses for the greatest possible
impact and to play an active role in the open source
software community. Software applications include
high performance computing, genomics, subsurface
modeling, imaging, and building energy efficiency,
among many others.
