Our Savior ' s Lutheran Food & Pet Food Pantry provides food to the hungry and their pets in Council Bluffs and Pottawattamie County. The Food Pantry is open every Thursday from 11:00AM- 3:00PM, and on the 4th Friday of every month from 5:00PM- 7:00PM, by appointment only. To make an appointment, call 712-322-6655 from 9:30AM- 11:00AM on Thursdays or from 4:00PM- 5:00PM on 4th Fridays.
