Morsel Combat features a community cook off that features samples of
delicious creations crafted by central Iowa's top chefs in a friendly, healthy
competition. Unlike most food competitions, Morsel Combat chefs, are
required to create a meal that is 650 calories or less and 20 grams of fat or
less.
