Cedar County Public Health is committed to promoting, protecting and
preserving the health of the community by providing leadership, care and
direction as advocates for the individual, the family, the community, and
the environment. Cedar County Public Health offers multiple public health
services including immunization clinics, disease follow-up to prevent the
spread of communicable disease, assistance with WIC clinics on the
second Wednesday of every month, and foot clinics to assist elderly
individuals with foot care. They also offer a home health care service and
support environmental health through lead and radon testing and smoking
cessation programming.
