Camp Hoppers
Why go to one camp? This adventure
takes you for overnights at all of
our other camps. Spend one night
at Camp Cookie, a night at Camp
Promising Acres, and a night at Rocky
Farm! Discover paths, relax by the
campfire or go for a swim in the
lake, pool or ocean! You’ll still have
plenty of time once you head back
to Hoffman to enjoy the challenge
course, do archery, and participate
in the Hootanay! Campers must have
a waist measurement of at least 22"
in order to fit into the harness and
ascend the high ropes course.
Session 2: July 2 - 7
Cost: $500 | Registration deadline: June 16
North-South Trail
Rhode Island is filled with wonders
and the North South Trail (NST) is one
of them! This 77-mile trail stretches
from the beaches of Charlestown
to the Massachusetts border in
Burrillville. Your adventure will
concentrate on the first leg of the trail.
You’ll start in Charlestown at Blue
Shutters Beach and hike your way up
north. End destinations on hike days
will vary depending on the group and
weather. Campers must bring proper
hiking footwear and a daypack to
participate in this program. No hiking
experience necessary; however, you
should be able to comfortably walk
2-3 miles on rolling terrain. Unlace
your boots back at camp to swim,
do archery and more. Campers will
earn some of the requirements for
the Ambassador Ultimate Recreation
Challenge badge.
