Being involved in the Labs for Liberty organization has been one of the most rewarding experiences we’ve had in college. Labs for Liberty
raises and trains Labrador Retrievers as service dogs for wounded veterans. We foster young Labradors and are able to see the impact they
have after they leave us and are paired with a veteran. The U students and volunteers involved with Labs for Liberty are like a second family
for us and make being away from home for college much easier.
