We believe a four-year college degree is the key to
unlocking the potential in every student. When our stu-
dents leverage their innate skills and talents, we elevate
our communities and our democracy. The talent they
possess is what drives us to do this work, so together
we rise above the obstacles that stand between them
and their goals. Our students come from predomi-
nantly low-income communities and they become
first-generation college students, but they don’t let
those labels define them.
