HEALTH CARE’S FUTURE PROVIDERS
The Aspiring DOctors Precollege Pipeline Program had a successful first year at the
Heritage College, Cleveland, with 12 seniors from Warrensville Heights High School
completing the program and receiving postsecondary education scholarships. The three-
year program brings high school students from historically underrepresented backgrounds
to campus for academic enrichment and hands-on learning activities to foster their
interest in careers in science and health care fields. Over the past year, Aspiring DOctors
has received funding from Ohio's Community Connectors Grant Program, St. Luke’s
Foundation, the city of Warrensville Heights and the Cyrus Eaton Foundation.
