Merry Christmas !
1 . Faith- Elohim , it is by your grace we have been saved , and through our faith . It is not from ourselves , but a gift from you-not by our works . We pray for our faith in you to grow and be strengthened by your Holy Spirit . Ephesians 2:8-9
2 . Hope- Jehovah Nissi , may the God of hope fill us with all joy and peace in believing , so that by the power of the Holy Spirit we may abound in Hope . Romans 15:4
3 . Love- El Elyon , you have demonstrated your love for us through your son , Jesus Christ . Help us to love because You first loved us . Let us have agape love for all Your creation . 1 John 4:19
4 . Forgiveness- Jehovah Mekoddishkem , thank you for being faithful and just in forgiving us of our sins and thus purifying us from all righteousness . Forgive us of the sins we still have in our hearts and may your Holy Spirit work in us to make us holy in reverence of you . 1 John 1:9
5 . Mercy- El Malei Rachamin , teach us to be merciful , just as our Father is merciful . Luke 6:36
6 . Kindness- Adonai , help us to be kind and compassionate to one another , forgiving each other , just as you did through Jesus . You forgave us . Ephesians 4:32
Twelve Christmas Prayers
7 . Generosity- Jehavoh Jireh , lead us to be enriched in every way to be generous in every way , and to give the glory and thanks to you Lord ! Do not let us forget about all your blessings and let us have generous heart for those who are in need . 2 Corinthians 9:11
8 . Compassion- Jehovah Shalom , teach us to live in harmony with one another , be sympathetic and compassionate , love as family in Christ , and be humble . 1 Peter 3:8
9 . Joy- Yahweh , advise us to be joyful in hope , patient in affliction , faithful in prayer . We cannot do so by our own efforts , only through your Holy Spirit . Romans 12:12
10 . Salvation- Jehovah Rapha , thank you for providing life eternal through your son Jesus Christ and healing our broken spirits . Please prepare our hearts to fully accept and follow you no matter where it takes us . John 14:6
11 . Obedience- Jehovah Tsidkenu , help us to not merely listen to Your Word and deceive ourselves . Help us to do what Your Word says . Make us humble and sensitive to your Words of life . James 1:22-25
12 . Life- El Shaddai , thank you for revealing yourself to us so that we may have life and have it to the full . We pray that you use us to bring life to the lost . John 10:10
