ABBA Peru: Waves of Missionaries Hundreds of Peruvian young missionaries will soon be equipped to share the gospel with the entire world.
2016 is almost over and a great number of achievements have occurred by the grace of God.
The ABBA Peru Youth Rally began as God’ s design, centered on the raising the mighty army of God by equipping the young people with His message of salvation.
When God first began the ministry in 2010, over five thousand youth from different regions of Peru met in the capital city of Lima. In 2014, there were five conferences in Lima, Satipo, Cusco, Huancayo, and Huacho.
But many churches located in the areas the HHK WMC has never visited before wanted to have their own ABBA conferences. All across Peru, churches, pastors, Sunday school teachers, and young adults are hungry for the out pouring of the Holy Spirit in their own regions. God is doing mighty things in this country.
In just one year, from 2014 to 2015, we have seen five conferences flourish into eleven individual ABBA conferences. God has certainly shown HHK WMC what is in His heart and how immense His love for humanity is.
At the start of 2016, five other new ABBA conferences started in Paruro, Sicuani, Oxapampa, Urubamaba, and Quillabamba. Over 1,500 new youth gathered to worship and become trained by our Father God! There were great number of youth came out for this year’ s ABBA conferences! God will do miraculous works in Peru and we are certain that the youth will lead the charge! the 2016 conferences, the coordinators and facilitators packed their bags and traveled to Cajamarca.
This was the first time the HHK WMC met in this beautiful city of Cajamarca to have their annual Abba Peru Coordinator’ s meeting. They met to discuss how to better follow the Holy Spirit in the following year. But in the audience were four new faces. Pastor Rolando Canazas of Iquitos, Pastor Marcial Valencia of Cajamarca, Pastor Genier Escobedo of Piura and Pastor Henry Hinojosa of Juliaca are pastors who wanted to start ABBA Peru in their cities. By the end of the conference, all four areas were approved to hold their own youth rallies in 2017.
What a great fruit bearing work of God! What started off in one city has now blossomed into nationwide revival!
With more and more youth coming to dedicate their lives to the Lord, it will not be long before we will start to see the
Ecuador waves of Peruvian missionaries going into Ecuador, Columbia, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia,
Brazil
Chile and to the entire world.
