1. Amelia on the SOVA deck
Moving Home is a collaborative artsbased research project with former youth in care exploring the long-term effects of frequent moves within the child welfare system and questioning the embodiment of transience. It is coordinated by Amelia Merhar as part of her MA thesis at York University.

3. Dawson City Museum
Photo-paintings by Priska Wettstein On display at the Dawson City Museum are twenty-five artworks by local photographer and artist Priska Wettstein. Featuring local themes and imagery, the images rendered on metal are arranged by Northern themes. There will be a reception for the artist at 7 o’ clock.

An exhibition of artwork based on clippings from the classified section of the Yukon News Dawson Daily News Book Fair A marketplace of new and used books and other publications from local vendors, including original works from local artists and authors, who will be on hand to sign their books.

Bonanza Jellybean’ s DIY is a caravan / gallery space selling Yukon-made goods n’ wearables by Dawson City artists.

Northern Howl: An Installation for Dogs & People Starting with the ceiling, The Volcano Collective presents an installation based on dogs, wolves and constellations. It includes audio and photo portraits of Dawson dogs and their stories, from tall tales to true ones.
10. Ruby’ s migratory( patterns) Video Installation Robert Yates and Kevin Yates. Birds migrate across cultural boundaries as if all geographies are home. Their flights between two floors at Ruby’ s( a historic Parks Canada building) are a new contemplation of global connectivity and human migration

A series of watercolor portraits by Rachael Siminovitch that feature notable women in film, music, and art.
In the Smoke Shack: Maya Pathak – Smoke Signals Take a miniature collage of fireweed, insect remnants, watercolour, and gold as fortune and / or simple sign of presence.
