BIOGRAPHIES BENJAMIN HANCOCK Dancer & Co-Costume Designer Benjamin is a Melbourne-based dancer and choreographer. He has worked with many of Australia’s leading choreographers in contemporary dance—including Chunky Move (Gideon Obarzanek), Narelle Benjamin, Martin del Amo, Lee Serle, Sue Healey, Prue Lang, Antony Hamilton and Lucy Guerin Inc. Benjamin received the 2015 Green Room Award nomination for Outstanding Male Dancer for PRINCESS, commissioned for Chunky Move’s Next Move 2014 season. Benjamin’s interest in dance has also led to collaborations in design. Recent Design credits include PRINCESS in collaboration with Jack Hancock receiving a 2015 Green Room Award for Visual Design.  JESSIE OSHODI Dancer Jessie graduated from Adelaide College of the Arts with a Bachelor of Dance Performance in 2010. Jessie has worked with Lucy Guerin and Carrie Cracknell (Macbeth, Young Vic UK), Lucy Guerin Inc (Motion Picture), Antony Hamilton (Black Project II), Shaun Parker (AM I) and in films with choreography by Stephanie Lake (Gaps, David Rosetzky) and Garry Stewart (The Boy Castaways, Michael Kantor). In 2012 Jessie worked at Dancenorth, performing works by Raewyn Hill and Cameron McMillan. TYRONE ROBINSON Dancer STEPHANIE LAKE Dancer Stephanie is a multi-award-winning dancer and choreographer. Her performance career spans 16 years, working with Lucy Guerin Inc and Chunky Move, touring extensively internationally. Stephanie’s choreographic works have been presented in Germany, France, Denmark, UK, Singapore and across Australia and she has won the Helpmann, Australian Dance Award and Green Room Award for Best Choreography. Stephanie has received the Sidney Myer Creative Fellowship and the Peggy Van Praagh Choreographic Fellowship. In 2013 she was appointed inaugural Resident Director at Lucy Guerin Inc. She has been commissioned by Sydney Dance Company, Chunky Move, Tasdance, Dancenorth and Frontier Danceland (Singapore) among others. The Stephanie Lake Company was established in 2014.  Tyrone began dancing at institutions such The Performance Company, Hampton Senior (Specialist Dance) High School and STEPS Youth Dance Company. In 2010 he started his professional career as assistant choreographer on the 2010 STEPS Main House Season Phoenix. In 2011 Tyrone received the STEPS Emerging Artist Scholarship and graduated from WAAPA with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. At this point in his career he has worked with numerous contemporary artists from all around the world. He has performed for and worked with worldwide commercial talent such as Guy Sebastian, Marko Panzic, Ame’ delves, Erica Sobol, Macia Del Prete, Eva Sanchez, and more.
