DEBBIE HANNAN Associate Director STUART MORLEY Associate Music Supervisor Debbie trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and was trainee director at the Royal Court in London. Her work as a director includes Conspiracy at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and the Gate; The Session at the Soho; Lot and his God and Notes from the Underground at the Citizens, Glasgow; The Five Steps, Primetime, Who Cares and Spaghetti Ocean at the Royal Court; Vinyl Idol, CauseWay and Woman of the Year for Òran Mór; liberty. equality. fraternity at Tron, Glasgow and the Traverse; Sucker for Old Vic New Voices; and PANORAMA and Roses are Dead at the Arches, Glasgow. Work as assistant director includes A Doll’s House and Enquirer for the National Theatre of Scotland; The Nether, Teh Internet is Serious Business and How to Hold Your Breath at the Royal Court; and The Maids and Sleeping Beauty at the Citizens, Glasgow. She was associate director on Constellations at the Royal Court and on UK tour; and Little on the Inside for Clean Break. Stuart studied at Trinity College of Music and the Royal Academy of Music. Work as musical director includes We Will Rock You in London’s West End; Elf—the Musical in London and Ireland; Tommy on UK tour; Brian May and Kerry Ellis’ Anthems at the Royal Albert Hall; Love Beyond at Wembley Arena; Time’s Up (UK premiere) at the Yvonne Arnaud; and Ruth Jones’ 2011 Christmas Cracker for BBC Wales. He was associate musical director for the West End revival of Cabaret and choral director for Chess in Concert at the Royal Albert Hall. He has conducted the albums Heartstrings (English Chamber Orchestra for Classic FM) and Journey (London Mozart Players). In 2012 he orchestrated and coproduced the re-release of Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballé’s Barcelona album. Other arranging work includes Monkee Business for Michael Rose and ATG; Love Beyond at Brighton Centre and Wembley; The Queen Extravaganza on US tour; and orchestrations for the Central Band of the Royal Air Force. He was made an Honorary Associate of the Royal Academy of Music in 2011. CHRIS SIMPSON Associate Sound Designer Chris trained at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. As a sound designer his work includes Spring Awakening in Singapore; Hamlet! The Musical on UK tour; Pericles at Regent’s Park; and Tommy at the Royal Academy of Music. As associate sound designer, work includes The Last Mermaid at Weston Studio; Oh What a Lovely War at Stratford East and on tour; Dear World at Charing Cross Theatre; Crazy for You at the Novello; Goodbye Barcelona at the Arcola; Aspects of Love on UK tour; Jerry Springer—The Opera in London and on tour; Peter Pan at West Yorkshire Playhouse; Chicago and Chang and Eng in Kuala Lumpur; and Rent in Singapore.
