Introduction Letter
Dear Friends,
The Pensacola Humane Society, the leading advocate for homeless pets in our community, helps
over 1,000 dogs and cats each year in our no-kill shelter. We foster hundreds of puppies and
kittens from as young as one-day old, and save them from life on the street. We offer affordable
or free spay/neuter surgery to over 6,000 pets every year through our Low-Cost Spay and Neuter
Clinic.
Without your support and help, we couldn’t accomplish any of this. So,
this year, we’ve assembled an easy and fun way to give, with
what we think to be the best gift catalog for helping local
pets in need.
Inside this catalog, we’ve assembled a few items, services,
and products that are representative of the type of things
we need day in and day out to run our shelter and what
they cost.
You buy a dog bed in honor of your mother, who has
always had a soft spot for dogs in need.
Your mother receives a holiday honorarium card from
the Pensacola Humane Society notifying her of the
new soft dog bed donated in her honor.
Thanks to your gift, a homeless dog in our shelter will
have a warm and comfortable bed to curl up in until his
forever family comes along.
If we have an overwhelming donation of certain items
that exceeds our current need for them, we’ll put your gift
toward our next greatest need, but regardless your donation
will help provide care and comfort to one of our pets awaiting
their forever home!
I hope you’ll find something in the next few pages that speaks
to your heart or you think would be important to a loved one.
You can feel good knowing your gift will make a difference
in the life of a helpless pet in need and help the Pensacola
Humane Society continue to offer its important services into
the future.
Best,
Sarah Humlie, Executive Director
Pensacola Humane Society
