Jesse Manibusan has a master of arts in multicultural ministries from the Franciscan School of Theology in Berkeley. He has worked extensively in the fields of multicultural, youth, intergenerational ministry, and liturgical and pastoral music.
E 06 The Making of First Class Youth Ministry from the Inside, Out – Rich Curran
As a professional youth minister, paid or unpaid, you are responsible for building the proper infrastructure to form young Catholic disciples. Anyone can plan events to get kids " fired up," but a first class disciple-making ministry behaves differently from the majority. So, what are the behaviors of a multifaceted, sustainable youth ministry? Rich Curran is the founder and Executive Director of Parish Success Group, a Catholic ministry training and coaching organization.
