Exhibitor Opportunities EXHIBITOR INFORMATION Booth Space Assignment: Previous exhibitors or sponsors will receive first choice of exhibit spaces. Remaining booth spaces will be assigned at random. Each Booth Includes: • 1 booth - 10’ wide x 8’ deep with 8’ high backdrop and side rail pipe and drape • 1 5’ x 36” skirted table • 1 wastebasket • 2 chairs • 1 7” x 44” sign with the name of your company Networking Mall Exhibit Set-Up and Tear Down: Exhibit set up will be Monday, September 13, 2016 between the hours of 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. All exhibits must be set up by 7:30 AM on Tuesday, September 13th. Exhibit tear-down will be on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 after 5:00 PM.
