Calabasas Law Day 2015

ALABASAS LAW DAY took place on May 1,
2015 and brought together attorneys from the
Calabasas Chamber of Commerce with attorneys
from the City of Calabasas. The mission: to provide
free legal advice to the residents of Calabasas. This co-hosted
event provided complimentary consultations to local citizens,
and was a way for the attorneys to give back to their community.
Calabasas Mayor David Shapiro, who handles all areas of
practice with an emphasis on personal injury cases, was one of
the nine attorneys participating.
Residents received legal advice from the volunteer attorney’s
areas of expertise including: bankruptcy, environmental law,
family law, high asset dissolutions, child custody, real estate,
construction defect laws and intellectual property.

with 2015 Fernando Award
Family Attorney and Chamber Board Member
Mark Levinson was honored in 2015 with the prestigious
Fernando Award. The Fernando Award is the highest award
for volunteerism and philanthropy in the San Fernando Valley.
It is supported by the Valley Chambers of Commerce, civic and
philanthropic organizations, entrepreneurs and corporations
located in the San Fernando Valley.
