U.S. News & World Report named Children’s Hospital
Colorado to its 2016-17 Best Children’s Hospitals Honor
Roll, placing Children’s Colorado among the top 10
children’s hospitals in the nation. Children’s Colorado
ranked in all 10 pediatric specialty areas and is the only
ranked children’s hospital in the multi-state region.
The American Hospital Association awarded Children’s
Colorado the 2015 Quest for Quality prize. Each
year, one hospital in the nation wins the award for a
demonstrated commitment to safe, highly reliable,
patient-centered care.
In 2016, 5280 magazine named 106 physicians and 54
dentists at Children’s Colorado to its annual “Top Docs” list.
Children’s Colorado earned a third Magnet designation from the
American Nurses Credentialing Center. Just 3 percent of hospitals
receive this designation.
Parents magazine named Children’s Colorado the No. 1 hospital in the
nation for family friendliness and a top five children’s hospital in the
nation for overall care.
Hospital and Health Networks magazine repeatedly recognizes
Children’s Colorado’s information technology capabilities by naming it
a “Most Wired” hospital year after year.
