Advisory Committee

The Arlington Tomorrow Foundation’s Citizen Advisory Committee is a five-member group of Arlington residents
who are responsible for reviewing the grant applications received by the Foundation from local nonprofit organizations
and City of Arlington services.

As part of its work, the Committee forwards recommendations on inviting final applications and grant awards to the
Foundation’s board of directors.

When contemplating grant requests, the Committee considers a project or program’s ability to align with the
Arlington Tomorrow Foundation’s mission and its funding priorities. Citizen Advisory Committee members serve two-
year terms and are appointed and approved by the Foundation’s board of directors.
