• Continue to build an understanding of contract language among leadership team
members
• Improve communication with District stakeholders by using Specific, Methodical, and
Consistent (SMAC) models
• Continue open communication with community groups regarding bond implementation
• Develop a secondary principals’ Professional Learning Community (PLC)
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with employees’ associations through regular,
collaborative interest meetings
• Develop a process for gathering information on students’ social and emotional wellness,
to better inform the Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Task Force for next steps
• Increase opportunities for parent participation
• Continue TK-12 opportunities for collaboration
