1) Fill bottom boiler with water.

2) Put coconut oil on top boiller and leave on low heat until melted.

3) Create a mixture with your sugar, cocoa, and milk in a small bowl, then sift.

5) Combine and mix oil and mixture and pour into desired mold.

6) Refrigerate overnight.

Homemade Chocolate

- 2 Double Boiler Pots

- Coconut oil

- Sifter

- Powdered sugar

- Cocoa powder

- Powdered milk

- Vanilla extract (optional)

Christmas Casserole

- 3 Lb. ground beef

- 1 Large bag frozen broccoli cuts

- 2 Cans of Rotel

- 1 Stick of Velveeta cheese

- 1 Can of Cream of Celery soup

- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom soup

- 1 Lb. of rice

1) Brown ground beef and add can of Rotel in saucepan.

2) Cook rice seperately.

3) Mix ground beef mixture with rice, Cream of Mushroom, Cream of celery, and broccoli cuts in a large pot.

4) Pour into a baking pan and sprinkle Velveeta cheese on top.

5) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

6) Cook for 10-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
