2014 Community Tennis Highlights Family DOUBLES In its 6th year, the Family Fun Doubles Tournament is the only parent/child competition in the Section. Held at C.O.R.P tennis facility, with over 35 teams in 4 different divisions, it was a family fun event for all! Results: • Division A: Albert and Rayden Murata, Champions • Division B: Jay and Riley Visaya, Champions • Division C: Marlon and Marlon Abarca – Champions • Division Green: Lito and Logan Duldulao - Champions SCHOOL TENNIS Cheers Proud supporter of the 2015 Royal Lahaina Challenge Tennis in schools provides kids with a fun, easy and safe introduction to the sport that can be played in any space. School Tennis visited Guam this year and held seven school workshops, servicing over 2,000 children and training over 80 teachers! Back in Hawaii, over 3,500 students and 150 teachers were introduced into the game! School Tennis saw growth with the hiring of Kim Kinberg as the part-time School Coordinator.
