TURNING INTENTIONS
INTO ACTIONS
A strategic plan is nothing if it does not inspire action, which is why
our new strategic plan is built around three core initiatives:
INITIATIVE #1
INTEGRATING CARE AND MANAGING HEALTH
FOR OUR COMMUNITY
We will establish Renown as the community’s source for healthy inspiration, staying focused on our
Triple Aim objectives of improving our services and patient outcomes while better managing costs. By
doing this, we will be able to touch even more lives in the community, especially those most in need.

INITIATIVE #2
BUILDING KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Those we care for and those who help us provide care are partners one and all. We will actively and
earnestly cultivate better relationships. We know when it comes to improving the health of our community,
we cannot do it alone. We will continue to foster openness and collaboration, knowing that together we’re
capable of accomplishing profound and amazing things.
INITIATIVE #3
GROWING AND INNOVATING
We must think well beyond the hospital walls, offering new programs and services
that make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families throughout our region.
RENOWN’S EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP IS CHARGED WITH
