LIndsay hargreaves

High School
Lindsay Hargreaves helped lead Belmont Senior
Secondary School to the city championship in
2012 and the Island championship in 2013. She
was a captain under Coach Lloyd Powell and
started for the team as center back. Hargreaves
earned Scholar-Athlete-of-the-Year honors along
with High School Athlete-of-the-Year accolades
during all four years at Belmont. A principal’s
honor roll member from 2010 to 2015, Hargreaves
also succeeded on the basketball court under
Coach Cindy Cullen. Hargreaves earned a spot on
the All-Star team in 2013 as a point guard, and was
named “One to Watch in the Province” in 2014.
Other Information
During the club season, Hargreaves played
for Victoria Highlanders FC under coaches Neil
Sedgwick and David Dew. She was part of a squad
that became league champions in 2014 and also
claimed Provincial Challenge Cup runner-up honors
in the same year.
Personal Information
Lindsay is the daughter of Chris and Toby
Hargreaves and was born on Sept. 11, 1997.
Hargreaves will be an elementary education major
at Nebraska.

High School
Kristi King prepped at Corpus Christi Catholic
Secondary School under Coach Borchetta and
Coach Papa as a defender. King was an honor roll
student throughout her time at Corpus Christi.
Other Information
During the club season, King plays for the North
Mississauga Panthers under Coach Trevor Bertrand.
She competed for the Burlington Bayhawks in 2014
under Coach Casey Downey.
Personal Information
King is the daughter of Gary and Jacquie King and
was born on June 30, 1997. She has one brother,
Ryan. Kristi will be majoring in art at Nebraska.
