Lia Baldo (pronounced LEE-uh BALL-doe) was
given a medical hardship for the 2014 season.
High School
Baldo prepped at Loyola Academy College Prep
under Coach Craig Snower. She recorded 15 goals
and 27 assists in her first two years at Loyola with
her team earning Catholic Cup, GCAC and Pepsi
Showdown titles in 2011 and 2012. Baldo claimed
all-conference accolades as a freshman and earned
National Honor Society status in the classroom.
Personal Information
Lia is the daughter of Giuseppe Baldo and
Francine Bazos and was born on April 15, 1996. She
has two sisters, Athena and Gabriella, as well as
two brothers, Alfonso and Demetrio. Baldo has not
declared a major at Nebraska.

Other Information
During the club season, Baldo played for Sockers
FC Chicago under coaches Ahmed Gad and David
Richardson. She was part of a Sockers FC squad
that claimed the state cup title three times.

Emilee Cincotta (pronounced SIN-cot-uh)
redshirted during her first season at Nebraska.
High School
Cincotta competed in both soccer and basketball
at Tigard High School. On the pitch, Cincotta played
under Coach Paul Slover and the team was ranked
No. 16 nationally by the NSCAA in 2013. She was a
2013 first-team all-state selection as a captain of
her team as a junior. Cincotta led her squad in goals
during her junior and senior seasons. Academically,
she achieved National Honor Society membership.
Cincotta was also the captain of Tigard’s basketball
team during her junior and senior seasons.
Other Information
During the club season, Cincotta played for
Crossfire Oregon under Coach Alan Cox. Cincotta
and her Crossfire squad won the Oregon Premier
League State titles in 2011 and 2012, while also
claiming the Surf Cup Gold championship in 2011
