a year of progress and Results. SM 20 years ago, I didn’t know any better or any different...all I saw was UP! That’s when I was fortunate enough to start my real estate career, and at that time sales were always UP, prices were always UP, and it seemed safe to assume that would always be the case... Since the dramatic downturn of the national and local marketplace in 2008, we’ve been looking UP every day every year - for bonafide signs of the return of an established, strong and healthy market. And it seems 2015 finally delivered! Just one year prior, the mainland market led the way with substantial gains in sales across nearly the entire market area, and 2015 continued that momentum with another year of outstanding RESULTS in greater-Bluffton! Meanwhile, feeding a demographic that has been a little more cautious to perform, the Island market made great PROGRESS in 2015, with healthy gains and strong footing as we move into the new year! Keeping in stride, last year at Collins Group Realty we were excited to expand our team to almost 25 members, all fully-focused on delivering unparalleled client service, sophisticated technology, and the highest commitment to professionalism in all that we do. I’ve never been more proud of our Group and what they stand for than I am at this time! And...the reality is this: helping people buy and sell real estate is an honor - a true honor!
