Sales activity was strongest (45% of sales) for
listings positioned below $250,000, but just
inching out the $250,000-$500,000 price
bracket, which itself represented 44% of last year’s
closed transactions. We expect demand in the
sub-$500,000 market segment to once again take
the lead in 2016, and hopefully there will be
adequate inventory to satisfy it.
