Anderson Ranch Arts Center ’ s 2015 Summer Series hosted some of the most influential artists , thought leaders , collectors and curators of our time . Featured events included lectures , conversations , panels and Q & As . Focused on artists ’ work and topics relevant to the contemporary art community , these well-attended programs enriched the Ranch campus and the community .
The Ranch ’ s Art & Artist Advisory Group ’ s unique vision , knowledge and relationships truly made this an exceptional year . Featured artists included McArthur Binion , Enrique Martínez Celaya , Lizzie Fitch , Trevor Paglen , Arlene Shechet , Alec Soth , Frank Stella , Hank Willis Thomas and Ryan Trecartin . Additional guests included Lisa Phillips , Toby Devan Lewis Director of the New Museum ; art collector and filmmaker Dennis Scholl ; recognized patrons of the arts Jennifer and David Stockman ; Walter Isaacson , President and CEO of the Aspen Institute ; and independent curator Dr .
