Bilkent Erzurum Laboratory School
participated once again in the TED Ankara
Foundation Schools 2nd Cambridge Day
in June 2015. Our teachers presented
in IGCSE subject areas such as Turkish,
English Language and Literature,
Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and
Chemistry.
The event focused on achieving
excellence in education and offered an
opportunity to develop professional
practice.
During the event, teachers, from wellknown
schools all over Turkey, explored
the teaching of Cambridge programs and
qualifications at Secondary 1, Cambridge
IGCSE and Cambridge International AS
& A Levels, through keynote addresses
and workshops for school leaders and
teachers.
Our school has been invited to the 3rd
Cambridge Day at TED Schools, which will
be held on June 13, 2016. BELS teachers
will have the chance to participate and
share their experience in IGCSE program
with colleagues from schools in Turkey.
