FRANKIE'S FORTUNES
Frankie Dettori was in joyous mood after winning the Group Two Norfolk Stakes on Baitha Alga, his 49th success at Royal Ascot.
"I'm nearly there!" exclaimed Dettori. "A 50 on Ladies' Day would be fantastic – I would love it!"
Dettori commented on how much each winner means to him: "When you are older, you really understand what Royal Ascot means. When you're young, you don't understand what it means for owners, trainers, lads, the preparation so it means twice as much."

Sadly there were no more winners for Frankie this time... looks like he'll have to wait until next year now!
