New Artwork Service Charge( CSPAC) Only applies when Rawlings creates artwork from scratch for the customer and includes the twill cutting charge.

Twill Cutting Charge( PPTC) Applies to all new stock artwork orders with twill, except when CSPAC is applied.

Re-order Twill Cutting Charge( RTC) Applies to all re-orders referencing a Rawlings order number for exact artwork.
