(We are embroidering the design in-house on caps, visors, and/or beanies.) We require that each custom design be quoted for both Digitizing and Embroidery
application charges prior to accepting your order.
Our charges are based on several factors including the number of stitches in the design, complexity of the design (color changes, trims, etc..), and the quantity of
items to be embroidered.
We will fax or email you our Design Approval form for all custom production orders. This approval form will show you what the actual sewn design will look like. You
must reply back approval of these designs BEFORE production can begin. Once approved and production has begun, you will incur expenses for cancellations or
changes to your order.
CONtraCt DIGItIZING

The contract digitizing fee is charged per thousand stitches on a per design basis. Please inquire for pricing.
Normal turnaround time for contract digitizing is 3-4 days. Rush service may be available for an additional charge.
