WSC provides members with dry storage and launching facilities, racing, sailing instruction, and a full schedule of social events. WSC’s membership is currently about 260 families and nearly 300 boats, including a range of experience from novice sailors to Olympic campaigners. WSC’s junior sailing program attracts more than 300 youths each summer for sailing classes, camps, water safety training, and racing. The WSC Learn To Sail program offers evening, weekend, and private lessons for adults and youths and is open to non-members. Fleet racing takes place on Monday and Wednesday evenings from April through September and on Sunday afternoons during February, March, and October. Fleets include Laser, Lido 14, Snipe, Tasar, Thistle, Vanguard 15, and Daysailor.
