Wilderness by Rail All aboard for a unique way to experience true Canadian wilderness as the Algoma Central Railway winds its way through the heart of Algoma Country and over 22,000 square miles of recreational wilderness, including the world’s largest wildlife sanctuary. Just load up your gear in the baggage car, grab a comfortable coach seat and let the Railway get you on track to your adventure. For the fisherman, there are over a dozen lodges located along the line and each will provide an experience as unique as their location.
