SURVEYS
The Kid’ s Choice Award is a way for students to nominate their favorite Residential Advisor for the entire summer. Being an Residential Advisor is a difficult task, but at the same time, a very rewarding job. They work everyday to keep you safe and make this program fun and enjoyable. They deal with your everyday problems, from forgetting something in another room to having roommate problems. Trust me, it’ s tougher than it sounds to be a good RA. Doing bedchecks, check in and check outs, helping you with your homework, coming up with activities, helping you with your laundry, etc, are just some of the few things that they go beyond what is expected of them. This summer, we have some really exceptional staff. All of our staff are UBMS Alumni who have been in your shoes and understand the difficulties and challenges of being here in the summer. For many of you, it will be a difficult choice to pick between some of your favorite RAs. For others, you already have your pick decided. They are all winners in my book. Thank you all the residential advisors for your hard work this summer. I know each of these students have had some of the best experience here in the UBMS program thanks to you.- Chinh Cao
Survey Creation
The most important part of a Survey is to explain what the survey is for and to keep an accurate count of the people and their votes. In the dispense of the the survey, it was during lunch when the RA are not around. In order to keep it fair, student’ s name were included on the survey to keep track of how many votes were counted and from whom. All results are kept annoymous and only the winner will be announced during the End of Year Banquet. The Visual Design Class will present the award to the person with the most votes. I’ m looking forward to seeing who came out with the most votes.
